The massage therapists are great and they provide good massages. But the frontend desk or owner is not polite and friendly. I feel they dont care giving good customer service because they have customers flowing in so they dont value it. I have been here twice, I could have given 5 stars if front desk customer service could be better.

I've patronized LeHua for years with pleasure. I've always adored how they keep consistent hours even on some holidays and accept walk-ins. This is truly rare in the licensed massage therapist space. However, my experience today was quite unpleasant. I've purchased several of their massage types in the past and today I specifically purchased a 70-minute and requested some stretching as I have done in the past with no problem. Several people from the front office to my therapist keep saying "next time, you need to do the 90 minute" with no specific rationale. They never said why. It is always as if they were just trying to make me pay more money for the same services. Also, I felt remarkably rushed today. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The massage was good but they are usually patient while I'm getting dressed after the massage. Today, James, my therapist, literally rushed me out. He came back into the room after 30-60 secs after completion and said "need to clean the room for next client," as if I didn't matter. I responded to him that I need to have time to get dressed. That was overlooked as if it was unimportant. I didn't leave a tip as I always do and the front office snubbed me immediately after receiving my payment. It's my decision to leave a tip if I'm happy with the service. You don't make somebody leave a tip if the experience was sub-par, and it was today. If you want to keep customers, you do better. I don't have to keeping coming there. Remember, we construe your services based on the ENTIRE experience. Not just part of it. Do better.

This was my first professional message and they definitely set the bar. I chose to get a full body message, but focus on my neck, shoulders, and back. They have a lot of specific options for you to choose from. The receptionist was fine and the lady I had, did what she had to do, she applied the right amount of pressure like chose. I fell asleep on the table, it was so good and much needed. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at Lehua Spa in Atlanta! The place is clean, relaxing, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and really know what they’re doing. My massage was perfect — just the right pressure, and I walked out feeling refreshed and pain-free. Highly recommend this spot if you want a quality massage and a peaceful environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place used to be the best place anywhere near Vinings for an inexpensive and excellent foot massage. But it has changed significantly. Price has doubled. The worst part is that it is very very noisy ....even during normal hours. Near closing time it's horrible. Over the years I've tried to suggest the staff not slam microwave doors, argue, laugh, etc in the "back", but to no avail. And as happened to another client, the last time I commented that the noise was awful she told me to just come earlier. The foot massage room is beautifully decorated and comfortable, but there is no emphasis on peace and quiet and calmness anymore. Loud talking and slamming doors, etc. is the norm now. It feels as though there's new management, but I'm only guessing.
