I absolutely adore this Sweet Samba! Very welcoming environment, prices are competitive, and customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. I get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows , they look very natural, and need to be touched up only once a year, if that. Great energy, appointments start on time, and after care instructions are communicated well. I like all the other products they offer for healthy looking skin and franchises. Went for a Custom Facial and it was amazing! Tiffany did her thang!! She walked me step by step in the process of what she was using and how it works. It was very calming. This was my first time at this location as I normally go to the location in Smyrna. I don't regret my decision for going here as Vanessa was very professional, thorough, patient, and smooth with the whole sugar wax. I will definitely go back as they were very welcoming with a pleasant atmosphere.

Going to sweet Samba is a truly amazing experience, i got my first wax which i was nervous about; the staff there made sure i was comfortable. The service was quick and simple, i left with no discomfort. The staff was friendly and made sure i was taken care of and recommended supplies for my skin since it is sensitive.
