I've been a long time customer here and most of the experienced ladies here do a great job on threading eyebrows. I want to highlight though that lately they've become insistent and almost pushy with offering additional services like full face, waxing, facials etc. It started subtly but the last time I went I counted 5 times during my 10 minute service where the threading person asked about adding on another service and even asking why not when I kept politely declining. I understand trying to get more business from customers by highlighting deals time to time but my feedback would be to ensure a relaxing environment for customers first. Otherwise customers would look to other locations/ businesses to avoid feeling like constantly being solicited and having to say no while actively receiving the service they came in for.

Sat down, didn’t tell her how I wanted my eyebrows (just had a leap of faith), and she did her magic. Great service and very kind! If I am ever in the area, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! She threaded and applied henna to my eyebrows.

I’m not sure who did my brows but she was in such a rush she ripped my skin along with the hairs! I couldn’t see the damage immediately but I felt something was wrong. Ladies please take your time with the clients! I was there for a Brazilian as well but after the treatment with my brows I was ready to get out of there!!!

This place is absolutely amazing their quick yet still efficient, staff is very kind. Nikki tinted my brows and threaded them. This is the best my eyebrows have been. They look amazing. Will definitely becoming back.
