Simply Arched Microblading

I have been using Haja since 2019 for my eyebrow shading. Every time I have a great experience. I have even notice her updates in tech to make the pain more tolerable with the numing cream. I have and will continue to refer her to others.

I received services (combo brows and 6 week touchup) from Haja early in 2024. I selected her salon based on her social media CV and was eager to travel out of state to receive services. As mentioned by another reviewer, there were issues with professionalism. Haja was a no show for an appointment and contacted with extremely late notice for travel. I was understanding and accommodating and rebooked. After receiving services, I was generally pleased with the outcome, even referring additional out of state clients during the healing process. After the initial healing phase, there was one concern. I booked for the touch up, and noted the concern. The issue persisted after touchup. Although I had previously mentioned it to Haja, I contacted her a second time after my licensed esthetician also pointed out the issue. I had zero expectations for a refund, nor or miracle. I was simply requesting guidance for next steps, even if it meant additional costs on my part or referral for correction. I contacted Haja on multiple occasions over several months but, to date, have not received a response. I am now nearing the timeframe for a one year touchup and have no options considering that artists generally refuse to provide services over another professional’s work. Haja is talented, but there are opportunities for improvement with professionalism. Of course, no one expects issues- neither client nor provider. But in the event a problem occurs, clients trust that artists will not abandon them especially for premium cosmetic services like semipermanent facial tattoos. Unfortunately, this was my experience. Buyer be forewarned. But- don’t just take my word for it: review Simply Arched’s response to another, recent review regarding lack of professionalism; and “when they tell you who they are, believe them.”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Simply Arched Beauty with Haja!!! After many years of filling in my brows with makeup and a previous bad microblading experience, Haja completely transformed my brows and has blown me away! I would’ve waited as long as I needed to to have Haja do my brows. She was so welcoming, sweet, professional and wonderful all around. Her new suite in Peachtree Corners is so perfect! Don’t look anywhere else, Haja is the absolute best!

This review is long overdue, but it's been a month since I got my eyebrows done by Haja and must say that I am in LOVE with my brows. I get so many compliments and my make up routine went from 35 min + to less than 10 minutes. This was honestly one of the best beauty investments i've ever made. Also, Haja is very sweet and was very flexible with me when I had to reschedule my appointment. She took her time to make sure I got the shape I wanted and made sure I felt as little pain as possible.
