Halo is a clean and professional environment. Starr takes great pride in the services she provides to her clients. She is on time! Starr pays attention to the needs and desires of her clients while doing it with a smile and care. Starr refills my lashes every three weeks and she checks to ensure I keep my lashes clean between refills. I love, love, love my powder brows. I followed Starr’s post application instructions and healing was as had been expected explained to me. Starr’s eyebrow threading last up to 3-4 weeks. Next: I plan to schedule lip neutralization. Wow, what a fantastic experience! Star took great care with me. I was coming from 2 sessions, at a different salon, my 1st venture into lashes by the way, but not happy with either visit. But Star....she explained lash care, then did exactly what I asked! My lashes are gorgeous! Not too much, just enough ... the Goldilocks' result finally. I'm a royal customer now.
