I had the pleasure of being a model at Alexis’s permanent makeup brow class, and it was a wonderful experience! My technician, who came all the way from Mississippi, was not only skilled but also kind and determined. She shared her story with me and how she’s learning permanent makeup to create a new source of income, which was so inspiring. Alexis, her sister, and the entire team were all welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about teaching. Highly recommend this training institute for anyone wanting an uplifting and professional experience!

Horrible!!!!!! first off let my start off by saying i PAID XTRA $$$ for Alexis( owner) to due my follow up visit which she did one Brow the right side one and she had her assistant to do the left one because someone had a LIP injection appt. So she stopped on me and started on him for his injection once i asked the assistant why she's not going to finish with me when i paid xtra$$$ for her service (Alexis ) she overheard me asking and she say's and i quote " because shes my assistant" with an attitude with her face all tore up!!! So now my Brows are Different shapes one is Much thicker than the other different shading and still to dark after month and a half of healing and this is the result of the follow up that you have to make at an additional cost$$ that wasnt mention until you get your care package at the end on your first visit. NEVER!! will go back to that establishment environment EVER EVER try to support black own but when you think your high and mighty with no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, Rude (Owner)its disappointing..ive should have went to Brows By Ann on IG but i will go to Ann for her to correct this MESS ..PERIDOT!!! ***UPDATE*** Brows By Ann Correction in progress the falcons hat picture.

I had an amazing experience as a model in Alexis’s permanent makeup brow class! My technician, Jasmine, was incredibly gentle and meticulous, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail was outstanding—I could tell she was a perfectionist in the best way possible. Alexis and her team were wonderful instructors who genuinely care about the success of everyone in their program. Highly recommend this training institute for anyone interested in learning or experiencing top-notch permanent makeup!

Service was great. Alexis was amazing from beginning to end. She greeted us upon arrival and offered us refreshments then had us fill out all of our paperwork and walked us through the whole process step by step and made us feel so comfortable because I was extremely nervous and anxious in the beginning but she made the process so smooth and relaxing and my brows turned out amazing 🥰😊

Alexis and her team were amazing instructors—very warm and attentive, and you can tell they really care about each person’s success.
