The first time I did my brows was about 2014 and Effie did them. They were fantastic and I received lots of compliments. Between then and now, I had them redone by two different people and they were good, but not great. Searching the internet for some to touch them up, I found HER! So glad that I did. Effie is professional, knowledgeable and has a great eye for brows. Her services are well worth it. That photo is 10 minutes after leaving her office. I can’t wait to see what they look like in two weeks.
