I booked a Brazilian wax through ClassPass and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Two days before my appointment, I had a scheduling conflict. Since ClassPass does not allow rescheduling, I called the salon directly to ask if it would be possible to move my appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone told me it would be fine and confirmed that I could come at a later time. However, when I arrived for my appointment, someone at the front desk (not my waxer) told me my appointment had actually been scheduled for 1:40 PM, which was about two hours earlier than when I arrived. I explained that I had called ahead and had been told it was okay to come later, which seemed to surprise her. During the service, my waxer mentioned that if I waited as long as I did between appointments in the future, she would normally charge extra because the hair was “too long,” but that she wouldn’t do so this time since I booked through ClassPass, and that I should keep it in mind for next time. I found this confusing. I’ve had Brazilian waxes at several different places and have never been told there is an additional charge for longer hair, especially when the service already comes at a relatively high cost. In this case, my hair was not particularly long, and it did not even require trimming (so what exactly would the extra charge be for when you did the same amount of work?). Unfortunately, the quality of the wax itself was also disappointing. There was a significant amount of hair left over afterward. I’ve had Brazilian waxes done elsewhere, even with longer hair, that were essentially spotless, so this result was surprising and frustrating. At the beginning of the appointment, I also mentioned that I am particularly sensitive in that area and apologized in advance if I reacted or moved slightly during the process. In past experiences, waxers have been patient and supportive in these situations, sometimes offering breathing techniques or reassurance. In this case, however, my waxer appeared visibly annoyed by my reactions and told me sternly to stop moving because I was “making it worse,” while shaking her head in frustration. This made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. Given that this is such a sensitive service, I think it’s important for waxers to approach clients with patience and understanding. The interaction made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the appointment. When the service was finished and we went to the front desk, I was again told that I had been “late” to my appointment at 1:40 PM. I had to explain once more that I had already called ahead and received approval to come later. I was then told that if an appointment is booked through ClassPass, rescheduling is not allowed. This was confusing since the salon had already agreed to adjust the time when I called. Additionally, the salon was very quiet that day (something she told me herself when I asked how her day was going) and I appeared to be the only client there at the time, so I'm unsure why there was so much frustration about me coming in later (which again, I confirmed in advance). Throughout the visit, it also felt like there was some frustration toward the fact that I booked through ClassPass. I was asked how many credits I used for the service, which I have never been asked before despite using ClassPass frequently. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience both in terms of customer service and the quality of the service itself. Unfortunately, the wax was not done properly and I now have to remove leftover hair myself, which should not be necessary after a professional service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Yall… i live in FLORIDA and usually stay minimum 45 minutes away when I come to Georgia. I literally save my eyebrows so I can get them threaded here. Phenomenal, only place in GA I go, and my preferred place. Staff is super friendly, gentle, and very informative. I came here 2x so far, first time my eyebrows were a MESS like MONTHS of outgrown mess, Boom, they cleaned em and shaped em perfectly. Then I came again about a month later, BAM, shaped and threaded even better. I cannot recommend this place enough
