In my experience with healthcare facilities and practices, it is not too often that I can say that every single person at Panacea Plastic Surgery has been 100% invested in my care and recovery. An unexpected change in my medical status found me facing a surgery, at age 69, that was not elective but necessary. Dr. Kimberly Singh was my first, and last, consultation. I had researched her credentials, extensive training, and reviews before my virtual consult (which was a much appreciated convenience as we live 2 hours away) and 15 minutes was all I needed to ease my nerves and move forward. Dr. Singh is an amazing surgeon and caring clinician. Furthermore, this practice employs true professionals as staff members. The next steps of in-office appointments, surgery scheduling, payments, and recovery care could not have been easier. The care coordination at Panacea Plastic Surgery is top notch! If you ever need to leave a voice message with one of the Coordinators, rest assured you will receive a prompt return call. I am 3 months into my recovery and I could not be more pleased.

I would give 20 stars if i could, Warning, this is a long review bc I love to be as helpful as I can with reviews! My surgery was almost two years ago. And since then, Dr Singh and her crew has been the most helpful, caring, empathetic, honest team I have ever worked with. I had complications due to an allergic reaction during surgery. It was scary for all of us! But we made it through, I was checked on, cared for and each follow up visit was handled with so much care! I began scar revision this year and being in the office so much over the past year and a half has helped me create such a beautiful bond with this team! If you are on the fence about a surgery or who to choose, I am telling you, you will NOT regret choosing panacea. You are not treated like a number, or dollars, but as a human who they VALUE and want only but the best for! Seeing you happy makes THEM happy. You'll love them so much, you'll want to adopt them into your family. (dont do that though, They have their own) lol Special shout out to Amber (who was my gossip partner and relationship coach during our visits lol) , Grace (who is also a tea barista lol) , Maria (the only person I trust my skin with now) and Brazola! 20 stars!
