Dr Killingsworth and his staff were awesome superstars! Everyone was very professional, experienced, polite, and make you feel you are the most important person there. The office is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. My experience with Dr Killingsworth was amazing even as I went in thinking I was going to ask for specific treatment because that’s what others had encouraged me to do. He could tell just by the way I was talking it really wasn’t the direction I wanted to go. He gave me all the expert information I needed and told me that I needed to do what was best for me and follow my heart and he was correct I am so happy with my choice and that it was my choice. He made sure medically and physically I was taken care of, but he looked beyond that and saw the person. I feel so blessed and feel that God sent me to this office because they were following not just my plan and their plan but I also feel they were following God‘s plan for my best interest. I would recommend this office to everyone and anyone that needs the services whether it’s after breast cancer or for just a personal need. They are awesome Superstars!

As a nurse, I have pretty high standards when it comes to safety, technique, and overall patient care and Dr. Killingsworth exceeded them. I’m one month out from my breast augmentation and I’m honestly so happy with my results. My breasts already look amazing and my scars look great this early in healing. One of the biggest reasons I chose him was his modern approach to aftercare. He isn’t overly restrictive like many surgeons, which made recovery feel much more manageable and realistic for everyday life especially as a mom. The entire process felt seamless from start to finish. He is kind, professional, and clearly very skilled. His office staff was also wonderful, friendly, organized, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely choose him again and highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

I cannot recommend Dr. Paul Daraei for facial plastic surgery highly enough. He is an absolute wizard! From my first consultation, he stood out for his calm friendly demeanor, knowledge, and the confidence he instilled in me, in his ability. He listened carefully to what I wanted, made some excellent suggestions I hadn’t thought about to ensure my results would be balanced then explained the deep plane technique in detail. He set realistic expectations, and answered every question without ever making me feel rushed. The other plastic surgeons I consulted with were also highly qualified, but didn’t give me the same feeling of confidence or show the same level of interest that Dr Daraei did. I felt like the others took more of a “one face fits all” approach which Dr Daraei does not. As a cancer survivor and someone with many spine issues, I’ve been in many ORs and I can attest to the fact that Astra’s OR and surgical team is TOP NOTCH! I was blown away by the attention and level of care I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I was wheeled out. They ensure you are comfortable, relaxed, pain-free and for each step in the process. After surgery my results are nothing short of extraordinary. My face looks refreshed, natural, younger and like the best version of myself, not “done.” The improvement to my neck and jawline was immediate and incredible. My friends are blown away and all comment that I look younger but if I hadn’t told them, they wouldn’t know I’d had “work” done, just that I look amazing which, in my opinion, is the hallmark of elite facial plastic surgery. Equally impressive was the level of care before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Daraei and his team were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His Patient Coordinator Jolie was especially AMAZING. She was so kind and very responsive. I felt supported at every step of recovery, and any concerns were addressed promptly and thoughtfully. The best compliment I can give Dr. Daraei is that my husband was dead set against me having this surgery and wouldn’t even go to the preop with me. After seeing my results, he now loves Dr. Daraei and has gone to every postop with me because he likes Dr. Daraei so much! Now when Dr. Daraei and I talk about anything else I want to have done my husband just sits here and doesn’t say a word! If you are considering any facial work and want natural, elegant results performed by a true artist and expert, look no further. Dr. Daraei is exceptional, and I am profoundly grateful for the skill, precision, and care that went into my experience. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I only regret not doing it sooner!
