The staff here were friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered. Tori was very professional when explaining my service and understanding my needs. The facial itself was very relaxing, all of the products smelled wonderful! Emerald was very helpful in getting me set up for my next appointment as well! Highly recommend, and I will be back, often.

I have been a client of Natural Body for over 10 years. During that time, I have experienced frequent turnover among the estheticians. Typically, I see someone for less than a year before learning that they have left. When I inquire about my esthetician, I am often told that she has moved back home to care for someone, which has become a recurring explanation. Most recently, I had an appointment with Victoria, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. She did not listen to my concerns, and the quality of service was unacceptable. The waxing and tinting services I received were minimal to nonexistent. It was not until I returned home that I realized I had essentially paid for services that were not properly performed. I submitted a complaint, but no resolution was offered. Additionally, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the products used. While I once considered Natural Body to offer excellent services and products, that no longer appears to be the case.

Amazing Facial Experience with Angel! I had an incredible facial today with Angel, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was informative, professional, sweet, and caring all at the same time. Her pleasant spirit immediately put me at ease and made me confident that I was in great hands. The entire experience felt intentional and tailored to my needs. My skin is glowing, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend booking with Angel—she is truly gifted at what she does!

Gosh I wish there was space for more stars! My first time visiting this location. I booked the day before and was assigned to Michael. I had a long and rough week and that 45 minute massage eased so much tension in my back, neck and feet. I’m grateful that he didn’t laugh at all my snoring, I’m sure it was loud at times. So relaxing. So very much needed. Thank you Michael!

Visited to celebrate my birthday. There was only one nail specialist available that day, so I arrived to my appointment early to accompany a friend for her pedicure. Overall, the experience was good, but I didn't get everything I paid for. The gel pedicure was fine, but the organic pumpkin facial started at 1:15pm (scheduled for 1pm) and ended a few minutes shy of 2:15pm. I started a timer from walking into the room to getting dressed once I was done. The service is supposed to be 1hr and 45 minutes. I was told I could rest for as long as I wanted, but I doubt the scalp massage was going to last 30 minutes. Ajahnae was sweet and didn't suggest doing the lavender scalp massage because I have natural hair. I appreciate this because I have no idea what that'd do to my hair. I figured I'd get some money off due to them not offering a part of the package, an alternative (like another oil), starting late, and ending early. I didn't. I did suggest providing additional oils for AA women who wear their natural hair. This was my first facial, and I had high expectations that I'd finish with skin that I couldn't achieve on my own. My skin was glowing and I was super relaxed/sleepy, but I couldn't tell a major difference. The relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff made it an enjoyable experience, but I'm conflicted. I'm not sure if I'll return, but it's a nice treat!
