10/10 experience! The laser service was quick, clean, and super comfortable. Shea was so nice and thorough. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be booking again!

They are very unpunctual with appointments. I have an appointment at 9:00 and I arrive a few minutes early, but they see me 20-30 minutes late. This is my third appointment and it's always the same. Very unpunctual. They don't respect people's time. They're very good at selling packages. Excellent service. They'll even look for Spanish speakers if needed. They're helpful with everything. But when it comes to actually receiving the service, nobody helps. Nobody provides any information. The service is terrible. And now they've changed their name or image, and I don't know if it's the same or worse. But the service is very bad!!!! I think twice about going when my appointment is due. I'm desperate to finish the treatment. I don't recommend them.
