Not only was the waxing process smooth and professional, but she also took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely at ease. Her communication was clear and warm, and she made the entire appointment feel relaxed and personable. It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at their craft but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

She is easy to talk to and passionate about what she does. The overall experience is delightful, and I highly recommend Gabbie. The front desk is professional and provides excellent customer service, which is always a plus.

I recently had a waxing session that was so good, I just had to share about it. The lady who did my waxing, Leila, was amazing. She was super patient and took her time, doing the waxing in small bits instead of rushing. This made the whole thing way less painful and more comfortable than usual. One thing I really liked was how she didn't try to chat too much. Sometimes, you just want to relax and not talk a lot during these kinds of appointments, and she seemed to get that without me having to say anything. It was really nice to just chill. She was also super detailed in her work. After waxing, she went through with tweezers to make sure she got every little hair that was left. I've been to other places before, but I've never seen someone be so thorough. Honestly, this was one of the best waxing experiences I've ever had. She made me feel comfortable, the waxing was less painful, and my skin ended up feeling super smooth. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great waxing experience. Can't wait for my next visit!
