I have had nothing but issues since I set foot in this office. They have no consideration for your time or schedule. Be careful because they won’t tell you but which ever dentist you initially see is the one that you’ll be stuck with. My assigned dentist only comes on Monday and Thursday, that was NEVER explained. I was scheduled for Friday then got a call to reschedule due to their error and the person on the phone had a “WHATEVER” type attitude when I advised that was an issue. I called to speak to the office manager and was told I could leave a message but she won’t be back for 2 weeks. Once I finally talk to the office manager she agreed I could see a different dentist. I went back again, only for that dentist to never come in the room but instead sent the assistant to tell me he was giving a referral to oral surgery. I scheduled for oral surgery but was told the code they used requires me to pay out of pocket. I called back to speak to the first dentist directly because he stated he could do the extraction so I finally agreed to Thursday. Now today as I’m pulling in the parking lot at 8:35am for my 9am appointment only to get a call saying I needed to be rescheduled to 11:30. I am highly disappointed and would never in life come here again.

The staff and dental hygienist are always prompt and friendly. However The dentist that did my fillings was having a bad day. Never let an angry dentist work on your mouth! He was very aggressive while doing his work. Snatching my head, short on words with the nurse , it was the 2nd worst experience I've ever had at a dentist . I was ready to tell him to just stop and walk out. He didn't curse. He didn't threaten anyone but you could tell from his tone and body movements that he was pissed about something. I will be going back to my old dentist after this. I love your staff, but that dentist needs help.

Subject: Formal Complaint Concerning Dr. Murray at Pampered Smiles Dear Georgia Board of Dentistry, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the dental services I received from Dr. Murray at Pampered Smiles. The details below outline my experience and the basis for my concerns about possible professional misconduct and substandard care. In 2023, I visited Dr. Murray to have dentures made. He extracted my teeth and instructed me to wait until my gums healed before fitting the dentures. I was without teeth for over a month during this time. When I finally received the dentures, they did not fit properly. Food collected underneath, and I could only chew on one side because the dentures would lift and nearly fall out when I chewed on the other. I reported these issues during follow-up visits, but no effective correction was made. About one year later, the dentures cracked. I returned them for repair and waited approximately six weeks to receive them back, during which time I was without dentures again. In December 2025, the dentures cracked once more in the same place. At that time, I was informed for the first time that the dentures were temporary, even though I had paid for permanent ones. The previous $300 “repair” turned out to be adhesive work that has since failed. When I questioned Dr. Murray, he denied knowledge of the situation and stated that I was “fortunate” the temporary dentures lasted as long as they did. He did not offer a resolution or replacement and left me waiting for over an hour without follow-up. I am now seeking treatment from another dentist to obtain the permanent dentures I originally paid for. I am also concerned because a friend who referred me to this practice previously discovered that Dr. Murray’s dental license had expired at the time of her treatment. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that the Georgia Board of Dentistry investigate Dr. Murray’s conduct and the business practices of Pampered Smiles to determine whether state regulations or ethical standards have been violated. I am prepared to provide supporting receipts, records, and communication documents upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I called wanting to get in and have some work done right before Valentine’s Day and when I called I was greeted by amazing representatives , got me an appointment for the same day. Arrived on time with my daughter and she got seen as well. Love the vibe and atmosphere, the staff were outstanding, had to leave due to a situation and they understood that. Camp Cree location is the best

Everyone in Dr. Murray’s office on Carmia Drive, Atlanta was exemplary. They have all been well trained. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and full of compassion. Dr Murray and his staff really know how to fix your dental issues and they care about their patients. The establishment is called Pampered Smiles, they own it, and they live up to it.
