Officially don’t hate the dentist anymore! Sha is my favorite and has been with me every step of the way. Dr. Hamilton has gone out of his way to make sure my mouth is getting back to normal. All staff and this place goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I pay out of my dental plan just to come here. Worth every penny. Kerri sat with me even when they were closed to make sure the finances were worked out for my first visit. I still have many more visits to go, but I am finally not scared. I had a very bad experience with my previous veneers. They were bulky, my bite was painful, and the color looked flat and unnatural—almost like a wall with one shade. I completely lost my confidence and knew I needed a different dentist to fix the problem. That’s when I decided to visit Atlanta Dental Spa. I spoke with Kerri, who is wonderful and very kind. I explained everything I had been through, and she truly felt sorry for my situation. She reassured me that I came to the right place and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Hamilton. When I met Dr. Hamilton, I told him I wanted to start immediately because I hated my new smile. But he was very honest and professional. He said I had just gotten my veneers a week earlier and suggested I take a week to really look at them every day in the mirror and write down everything I didn’t like. He didn’t rush to take my money or start treatment right away, which showed me he truly cared about doing the right thing. The next day I couldn’t wait, so I emailed the office with the three main things I wanted to change: • The veneers were too bulky. • They looked too big and long for my mouth. • The color looked flat and unnatural, like one solid shade. We scheduled another appointment. Dr. Hamilton and his team were incredibly understanding about what I went through. They explained that the process would involve removing the veneers, placing new temporaries, and then creating new custom veneers. One thing I really love about Dr. Hamilton is how carefully he listens. He tries to understand exactly what you want, and his team writes down every detail so nothing is missed. They treat every patient with respect and kindness. On the day I received my new temporaries, I couldn’t believe the difference. I already fell in love with them. Now I’m excited and waiting for the final veneers to be placed permanently.
