My first appointment at Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Becca and Angela were absolutely wonderful and provided the best customer service. Becca went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable, even offering a relaxing hand massage during my visit, which was so relaxing during cleaning. I also really appreciated how thoroughly they explained everything and provided me with different treatment options, making me feel informed and confident rather than pressured. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy I chose this office. I highly recommend them!

The impeccable staff took care of every detail, providing the very best care possible.Dr. Reeve made sure that I didn’t experience any pain! His assistant Mya was exemplary; she could not have been more efficient and kind. Additionally, Angela has helped me with a comprehensive plan that fits my budget. I appreciate her positivity and caring disposition. My experience for day one of my smile makeover was extraordinary! I left the office with a beautiful smile! I should have my permanent porcelain veneers in about 3 to 4 weeks! To add to the outstanding results driven experience, Dr. Reeve called me at home to see how I was doing. Everyone I encountered during my treatment went the extra- mile to make sure I had quality care and an excellent outcome. I can’t wait to see the final results! I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at ACCD and specifically from Dr. Thompson and team. I just had a front-tooth implant placed, and the entire experience was great. From the very first consultation through the procedure itself, the level of professionalism, precision, and attention to detail was exceptional. Because this was a front tooth, getting everything exactly right really mattered to me — and it was clear that Dr. Thompson takes that responsibility very seriously. Every step is carefully explained, thoughtfully planned, and executed with great skill. I went to Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry to get veneers. I already had healthy teeth — the only reason I wanted veneers was to correct some discoloration. I specifically booked my appointment with Dr. Cooper because I was told he was the best. During my consultation, I clearly explained what I wanted. I asked for natural-looking teeth — not bulky, not fake, not overly white. I told him I wanted my teeth to look like they did when I was younger, just without discoloration. He agreed and said that would not be a problem. I paid $26,000 for 10 upper veneers. On the day I received my temporary veneers, I was shocked. They looked extremely large and bulky. I could not even close my lips properly. The office told me not to worry and said the final veneers would look more natural and smoother. When I went home, I began researching and comparing. I saw that most people’s temporaries already looked natural. Mine did not. I became very anxious and called the office several times to express my concerns. When I spoke with Dr. Cooper, he said most people prefer a slightly bulky look. I explained again that I did not want that. He told me the final version would be smoother. Four weeks later, when I went in for the final veneers, they placed them with temporary cement so I could preview them. I immediately said I did not like them. They were one flat, very bright white color and much longer and bulkier than my natural teeth. I asked if we could change the shape and color. Dr. Cooper told me he could not change the shape. They cemented the veneers permanently. After I left the office, I was extremely upset. The color looked flat and artificial — not layered or natural. I later consulted another dentist and was told it would cost nearly $40,000 to correct the work. Removing and replacing veneers after only one month is not healthy for the teeth and caused me significant emotional stress. I could not sleep for weeks. I am extremely disappointed. This was not only a financial loss but also damaging to my confidence and mental well-being. I trusted this office and expected natural, high-quality cosmetic work, especially at this price point.

I visited for a consultation and left with the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. My hygienist Erica was very thorough, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The warm neck pillow, blanket and hand/arm massage during the cleaning added a spa-like feel. The facility itself is beautiful, and the tools & technology are advanced. I was used to the “typical” dental appointment experience, but ACCD is anything but typical (in the best way).
