Dr Chris Robb at the Spring Hill Office and his staff were excellent in caring for the surgery that I had. There needed to be a laser touch up after it had healed. Never having any experience in what Laser would do for a scar. WOW did he make a believer out of me! Excellent work and no scaring to be showing. Very professional work with such caring staff, gave me comfort in all the care I had.

Great office staff, nurses, and Drs. Get yearly check up for skincancer, had my first, MOH, Dr. Robb was great, just had to cut one time! Enjoy Dr. Hayes, has great rapport with people.

Dr. Robb has done the MOHS procedure on me twice… and has done an excellent job both times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. Thank you for a great experience! Jeff L. Mount Juliet

Went here twice just to be scheduled both times with a nurse who was incapable of actually prescribing me with the medication needed for my problems. She took NOT EVEN 10 seconds look at my problem both times, condescendingly asked me if I was sure I even had the problem I believed I had to begin with, then just recommended that I buy medication/supplements online, and that there was nothing they could do. Supposedly, the only person capable of prescribing me with the medication I needed wasn't available for scheduling for several months. Both appointments gave me a bad gut feeling that they hadn't done their jobs correctly/thoroughly. So, I went to another dermatologist and had my problem appropriately seen and cared for immediately. This place was a complete waste of my time and money, while putting unnecessary doubts in my mind about my issue to begin with. If you can get scheduled with a real doctor you may have a better experience, however I for one did not.

I hear nothing but good things about Dr Robb. Would have loved to have worked with him. However after my initial consultation I was informed by his nurse Kolanda I would be receiving a call to set up my procedure time and receive directions from her. After I phoned and text multiple times and even went to an open house to inquire about a date to be told once again by Kolanda herself I'd be phoned soon. My inquiries went on for a few months with no follow up to me. I was told only Kolanda could schedule Dr Robb for my procedure. I will not be moving forward with this group since the nurse doesn't seem to have time to schedule Dr Robbs patients. A total waste of my time and a deposit they collected to use on the procedure that I'm sure I'll have to phone about since communication isn't their strong point.
