A Warning for Anyone Considering Restore: Buyer Beware My experience with Restore was incredibly disappointing and I feel compelled to share a warning. After being convinced to sign up for an IV treatment membership for $175, my face immediately began to break out with an adverse reaction. To make matters worse, my very first treatment—which was listed as being covered by the membership—resulted in an additional, unexpected charge of $200. Over the next month, I continued the treatments hoping for improvement, but I felt no positive results whatsoever, only the persistent skin issues. When I spoke with multiple staff members about my reaction, they acknowledged that breakouts are a potential side effect and advised me I was still locked into my contract and would be charged for the next three months, regardless. Furthermore, the facials advertised on their website are not actually offered, and I was told that even if they were, they wouldn't be included in the membership package. My decision to try this service was a costly mistake that resulted in negative side effects, poor customer service, and no benefits. Please be cautious before committing to this company.

Let me start by saying that every single person that works there is absolutely awesome. I haven’t had one bad experience in over 4 months going there. They are all so kind and helpful! I did the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy after a surgery and it was incredible how it helped me heal. I continued with IV therapy for the last few months. If you want top notch customer service and a wide variety of treatments, this is your place!

Great atmosphere Friendly Staff. Skilled and efficient Nurse who handled my stress that day, much appreciated Thank You Nicole. I like the way they don’t mix all the vitamins together it’s much safer. I had a reaction once a long time ago to a vitamin drip and made it hard to know what vitamin it was. I appreciated how they listened and understood my needs and I felt very safe there. Very relaxing atmosphere and I’ll definitely return.
