Went for a laser hair treatment appointment only to arrive and be told my appointment had to be cancelled as no one was in office that could provide the treatment. I drove from Wilson County so it was roughly 1 hour each way with traffic. It would have been nice if someone had informed of the need to reschedule before I drove across Nashville. However, things happen in life so although I was initially disappointed, I would have just flexed to another day. I asked to be contacted to reschedule and to air out my grievance for the travel but lo and behold, I’m not even worth being contacted. Disappointing experience as I’ve had several good experiences with them in the past.
