Dr. Poe is a gem! I value her holistic perspective and approach to health. She's helped me navigate SIBO, and it's side effects. She's easy to connect with and follows up in a timely manner. I feel comfortable reaching out with my concerns and many questions.

I have been at this clinic for almost 2 years receiving assistance with my weight loss. In 2024, I lost a total of 32lbs. Dr. Poe's program is helpful beyond the provided meals. Each week, we spent 30-60 min talking through the last several days. I was provided lessons that speak directly to scenarios I encountered at the time or even after. It was almost like therapy alongside getting blood work and body composition results. I cannot thank Dr. Poe and her former staff, Deena, for being so wonderful, informative, supportive, and kind. Those first several months were very intentional and I had a great team to talk through my struggles and emotions related to my weight loss. The only reason the rating is 4/5 is only because there is a staff transition currently in place, so communication is slightly more delayed than when I first started. Dr. Poe handles so many different clients with grace and kindness. Once she has the necessary staff to assist in what she does, so well, it easily would be a 5/5 experience. Note for any future clients, be as honest and vulnerable as possible during the process. The more Dr. Poe knows the more her guidance can be impactful. I thank Dr. Poe for all the lessons. I understand my health and body in ways I never did before.

Dr. Poe helped me to get healthy again! I shed 20 pounds in a little over a month and I’m feeling fantastic! Dr. Poe is patient, kind, and truly wants the best for her patients. If you are struggling with your weight and need help getting healthy make an appointment with her. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Po is nice, but I am disappointed in the services that I have received. The biggest challenge is the lack of communication and follow through. The only option to communicate with someone is texting. Situation #1: I was provided a prescription. I went to my pharmacy to pick it up, and it was never sent. It took a few days for someone to get back with me because the only way to communicate is through texting. Situation #2: I needed to schedule an appointment. I had to do it through texting. It took over a week to confirm my appointment time. The day before the appointment, I had to text constantly for a response. Situation #3: I went back for some additional care and at that time, I was advised to go to Quest Diagnostic to get blood drawn for my results and have it sent to Dr. Po. I drove over 30 minutes to only be turned away by Quest letting me know that a script was not sent for the blood work order. I called and was sent to the text to chat feature and waited 45 minutes for someone to respond. No one did. I went back home. I wasted my time, gas, money, and energy working with Dr. Po and all this could be resolved with better communication and follow-up. I tried to give Dr. Po the benefit of the doubt, and I do believe sometimes days can be busy and challenging, but at some point as the paying customer, those days were reflecting on the service I was being provided. Now, I have to start over in my care process. No one even bothered to connect with me or apologize for all the inconveniences. It's disappointing to pay for the level of services you are expecting and the customer service doesn't match the sticker price.

Dr Poe is amazing! She customizes all of her plans depending on her patients needs and she is so attentive and has the best bedside manner, highly highly recommend Dr. Poe!
