My husband and I love the friendly and knowledgable staff! The whole body red light therapy bed is our favorite! The other services are awesome also. We have seen great improvement in our health since we started using the red light therapy bed!

Such a great way to recharge!!! The staff are amazing. The facility is super clean, relaxing and inviting! I did the compression, cryo chamber, red light bed and sauna. I love that you can go in for a quick service if you are short on time or you can make an afternoon of it. I’ll definitely be back.

Such a friendly staff, I first went to check out the Sauna but they let me try the cruise chamber and I was hooked! I love adding all of their recovery services to my training program! They took the time to explain each offering and the benefits and I’ve loved them all

Do yourself a favor and check out iCRYO. I have a connective tissue disorder and the compression therapy feels great on my legs. However, the hip compression therapy is even better, plus the staff are knowledgeable and experienced.

Had such an amazing experience at ICRYO yesterday with my mom! It was both of our first time and everyone was so friendly and nice! Morgan walked us through the entire process and helped us pick out exactly what we needed to feel our best! We both slept the best we have in years last night and after working all day today I still feel great! Recommending this to everyone I know!!
