Body Sculpting Studio

I truly enjoy my Body Sculpting experience. The head trainer Michael Tugo is my personal trainer and he has built a special program tailored to my personal needs. My results have been amazing! I've lost weight,look better, feel better, and more agile. I feel like my dedication to my program is equally matched by my trainers experience and hands on approach. I also love that Michael wrote a custom meal plan for my needs as well. The gym has easy to access and is centrally located in the center of Green Hills and has very clean facilities. There are always plenty of clean towels, a clean changing area and clean restrooms this is always a plus if you attend one of those larger facilities. I have been attending body sculpting for 7 years and wouldn't choose to be at any other gym.

I met Michael Tugo about 5 years ago during a search for a trainer. I was disappointed with the results I was getting and was looking for a change. I met with Michael and immediately felt that he was sincerely interested in me reaching my goals. As a competitive athlete, I wanted to improve my strength and flexibility and reduce my body fat. I have far surpassed my goals with Michael's help and unique approach to training. Body Sculpting is the best equipped personal training studio around hands down. They have some equipment you will not see in other gyms or studios. I love having a set appointment several times a week to train and not have to worry about a gym full of people competing for the same machines or weights. If you are looking for an excellent trainer and facility with first class equipment, look no further.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Michael &'his gym. I have known &'trained with him for a total of 10 years. Michael is a very knowledgeable trainer & also a good friend. Being trained by Michael isn't only about weights & exercise it's also about diet. Michael is wonderful on that side of being a trainer also if you follow his diet guide lines & the workout regiment that he laid out for you. You WILL see the results that you want. He also just welcomed in another trainer Zander with the two of them working together you will reach your goal. I highly recommend this gym it is like my home away from home. Like one big family 😀

I have been a member of Body Sculpting for more than a year. When I signed up I also signed up with a trainer since I knew that would get me to come into the gym. My trainer, Michael, has been fantastic. I have had amazing results due to his style of training. He keeps me distracted from the number of repetitions I am doing by talking to me. I knew that having someone yell at me to get me to do more repetitions would not work for me and Michael understood. The meal planning has also been extremely helpful. This style of training works wonderfully and because of Michael's dedication to his clients, I am well on my way to reaching my goals.

Traditional gyms don't work for me. Working out doesn't work out for me, because I didn't know how. So. I went to train with Michael and he's been awesome! He's straight forward and is able to cater to my specific needs. He has also helped a lot with nutrition advice. The equipment is well kept, the gym is super clean and comfortable, and I feel like I've made a lot of progress. Healthy and happy!!
