The ladies here are so amazing! You walk in and are very comfortable with the environment and having to expose your fat. I was not self conscious at all because Lori made me feel at ease talking to me about each step she was taking. The process itself was not painful. Maybe uncomfortable for 3 of the 35 minutes, NOT painful. My results?? I am slowly seeing a little at a time. I can't wait to go back and see my final before and after. I have been telling everyone I know about this place, procedure, and the ease of it.

I was interested in learning more CoolSculpting for an area that would not respond to exercise and diet. I had seen Dr. Fichtel before so we discussed options. She explained in great detail how it works, the process and the risks involved. I decided to go for it and the results were beyond my expectations! Lori did an excellent job placing the paddles and checking in. I am 6 months out and am so happy I decided to do this!
