Had the most wonderful experience with Roselyn! I got the Glo2 facial and the entire experience from start to finish was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The room and heated bed were so relaxing and comfy. She made me feel so comfortable and really took her time assessing my skin, listening to my concerns, and tailoring everything to my personal needs with a holistic approach. The massage, steam, red light therapy literally all my favorite parts of a facial were included, and it truly felt like a full experience, not just a quick treatment. I will absolutely be booking again! 10/10

Kay is nothing short of AMAZING. She takes her time getting to know you and your skin, and tailors your services accordingly. Her wealth of knowledge with skin care and the root causes of issues/imperfections is such a gift. I left not only feeling refreshed, but had more of an understanding of my own skin. She carries clean, top of the line products as well but never pushes them. Overall, such a unique and peaceful experience! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Kay & her team at NSN. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and I had a greater understanding of my skin’s needs after just one appointment. The treatment space was inviting and comfortable—I was instantly at ease! My facial was tailored to my specific skin concerns and I saw great results immediately. Compared to other spas I’ve gone to that push lots of trendy product lines for purchase, at NSN I didn’t feel pressured to buy any additional products (though I did end up buying a facial oil that Kay recommended, and it is AMAZING). I have NEVER felt more confident that I can achieve healthy and glowing skin and cannot wait for my next facial!

I had a Sensitive Oxygen Facial and Dermaplaning with Katie and she was truly amazing! She educated me and created a plan for my sensitive skin. I was so relaxed I fell asleep!
