Destiny is absolutely fantastic! She’s done my microneedling and hydrafacials in the past, and I decided to try laser treatments with her. Yesterday I had Moxie and BBL, and honestly, I was so nervous going in. Destiny made the whole experience so much easier. She’s incredibly calm, gentle, and reassuring, and she takes the time to explain every single step so you know exactly what’s happening. You can tell she really cares about both your comfort and your results. If you’ve been thinking about skin treatments but feel a little intimidated, I can’t recommend her enough!

Everything was great! Savannah was very sweet and informative on my skincare and she did my first dermaplaning. She did an excellent job educating me on the best treatments for my skin. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Michele! She did my botox. She was the absolute best! I've had botox done before but my experience with Michele was by far the best experience I've had! She definitely knows what she's doing. She talked me through everything step by step and explained everything in great detail. I can't wait for my next appointments with these ladies !!

Could not be happier with Michele Bailey’s technical skills, bedside manner (just love her), and her tactful recommendations! I was so scared of getting fillers because of a previous bad experience however, I had absolutely no pain while she was injecting the fillers… I also had zero swelling or bruising around my mouth and facial surrounding areas. I was super impressed with her recommendations on Botox to my smile areas which nobody has ever recommended, but I already see the results. I would love to post before and after pictures but I did not take any before so I can only show her after photos… Also, the Botox will take a couple of weeks to fully kick in, so what I will say is that I could not recommend her more highly.

Cool Springs is the only place I would trust to have my Botox. Michele Bailey is an excellent injector who really listens and is there to help you feel and look your best!! Savannah is wonderful in making you feel at home and answers all skincare concerns and questions. Both of them will recommend a plan that will achieve what you are looking for.
