Rachel did wonders for my back! I was very uncomfortable with a gnawing I want cramping pain across my back and rib cage. After about a 20 minute massage I was immediately better. I tried Rapid Release therapy with Rachel and it has helped my shoulder pain and range of motion in just the first session. Rachel will take time to explain Rapid Release intention & will walk you through every step. I received a massage first to loosen my muscle groups, then we did the Rapid Release therapy. If you are having range of motion issues, stubborn trigger points, or nerve pain, I would highly recommend booking a session. I have booked several more along with red light therapy.

Let me share with you the results I had with relax and repair. I saw Rachel today. I went in for a full body massage and explained to her. I had hurt my shoulder. I could barely lift my arm. She did a new technique that she is certified to do. It's call Rapid Nuerofascial Rest oh my word. I can use my shoulder again. I have rescheduled with her next week to work on the shoulder again.
