The discovery of a hidden gem! It's a shame I didn't find out about this place before moving out of state. I have had two massages from two different practitioners here and absolutely love this place. I require regular massages due to frequent injuries over the years and am more of a Woodhouse Spa versus Massage Envy person due to technique. This place is outstanding. The prices are amazing (!!), you can walk in if necessary or schedule the same day, and they really get in there and cure the soreness. My last massage there, stretching was involved and that was a cherry on the cake. Highly recommend Amy.

We had a couples massage and it was amazing. The place was clean and the decor was great. Both massage therapists were extremely profession and gave amazing massages. They constantly checked on the amount of pressure they were giving. We will definitely be coming back!

My massage was incredible - the perfect balance of soothing and therapeutic. The therapist listened to what I needed, worked out all the tension in my shoulders and back, and somehow made an hour feel like pure bliss. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and honestly, like a new person. You can tell Shine Spa takes real pride in what they do. It's not just a business — it's a place where people go to feel better. I'll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to anyone looking for a quality, peaceful, and personalized massage experience in Mt. Juliet. My massage therapist recommended the cupping, next time I’m back- I’m definitely giving it a try!

I stopped by for the first time, as a walk-in, yesterday. Linda got me back within 10 minutes, and I had a great 90 minute massage. She focused on the areas that I was feeling the tightest without me even having to say much. I left feeling nice and relaxed. I feel even better today!
