O'Chi Reflexology

I got the 30 min full massage and 30 minute reflexology. Looking at the reviews there’s 2 things to point out here - 1) This is a pressure point based therapy - so if you’re not used to this it is absolutely different than typical massage therapy. 2) (they asked me) but it’s also your job as a client to communicate if the pressure it too much or not enough The timing was good And pressure was perfect and a good mix of both pressure point and Swedish? They were respectful and I felt comfortable I would next time bring noise canceling AirPods, they do their best to make a peaceful environment but there is background noise that bleeds into the shop - oprymills country music unfortunately.

There are two locations in the Opry Mills mall one is in the middle of the hall and the other is its own storefront. That’s where I recommend-I’ve been going here for years ashamed I’ve never written a review. You absolutely can hear A little mall traffic but they play ambience music and to me the massages are top-tier. I can feel the drainage when I stand up. Mike is my favorite and I come every month :) Park on the off Broadway Shoe side for the closest entrance

I was welcomed in immediately and chose the 4 hands one hour for 110.00. It was absolutely amazing. Not a spa setting at all, you can hear people talking elsewhere but, i don't really think it's supposed to be. They did excellent work, communicated well thoughout the whole massage and adjusted pressure during one sore part of my back. 10/10 recommend. I will be a repeat customer.

I do a lot of mall massages and this one was great! I stopped in at O'Chi Reflexology at Opry Mills before my drive to BNA airport and it was exactly what I needed. The acupressure technique was amazing—relaxing and energizing at the same time. Definitely worth a visit if you’re at the mall or have some time to unwind before traveling.

I became a certified massage therapist in Reno. I have given and got many massages in my life & always checking out new ones I come across. Booked a 1 hour table massage, but it ended in 45, which is fine I suppose, because I couldn’t relax. The guy kept pressing his ball sack on my forearms and on the top of my head! I moved my arms from being bent to flat to my sides, but he leaned over even more to make contact. He was talking to another massage therapist the whole time and IDK if he was telling him about how much dry humping he was able to perform on me.
