Tranquil Garden Massage Spa & Salt Room

First timer here. The atmosphere in the lobby was top notch, very cozy. There was an older gentleman at the sign in desk that refused to make eye contact and he lowkey just made me feel uncomfortable. He was nice, yes, but as someone who sits at a front desk, and the first person you interact with, I was expecting something a little more welcoming. I chose a deep tissue massage as I haven’t gotten a massage in over a year and needed some kinks worked out. There was a lot of rubbing going on but that’s about it. The lady I had literally dug her forearm into my back over and over for a good 25 minutes. For me personally, there was nothing relaxing about the hour. I couldn’t get comfortable and I left in more pain than when I arrived. When it was over, the lady at the counter literally PRESSURED me and my best friend into tipping a higher amount. I am all for tipping! I understand that’s how most get paid. However, I do feel like your tip is based on performance. WHY would I tip $20 for a service that was in my experience, not even worth half of the $99 I already paid?! Huge turn off for me. I won’t be returning solely for how we were treated AFTER the massage.

Foot massage was amazing. Would definitley go back for that. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. My only complaint is that it would’ve been nice to have some info shared about the salt chamber room. We were new to it so we really didn’t know a ton about the benefits but thought it would be cool to try.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Sherry gives, hands down, the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for one-hour deep tissue massages with hot stones, and every single session leaves me feeling like a brand-new human. She is itty-bitty, but do NOT let that fool you—her deep tissue work is incredibly effective, intentional and thorough. She finds knots I didn’t even know existed and somehow melts them away with just the right amount of pressure. You can tell she truly cares about her clients’ comfort and results. I always leave feeling relaxed, lighter and noticeably less tense. Part of me wants to keep her all to myself so I can snag all the appointments —but honestly, everyone deserves to have a Sherry in their life. If you’re carrying stress, tension, or just need real relief, do yourself a favor and book with her. You will not regret it. I also want to note, Tranquil Gardens prices are reasonable. Just book the massage.. your body will thank you!

Me and my wife webt here recently and it wad a great experience! We got a couples massage followed up by a nice time in their sauna. Excellent customer service from the folks that work here. You will get what you paid for and then some! Hot stone therapy is a strong reccomendation!

First time for a Swedish massage here and it was fantastic. Sherry is the best. She asked several times to ensure the pressure and temperature was just right. Really listens to the issues you have and tries to make it the best experience. Would highly recommend.
