I had an incredible experience at Pinup Skin Medical Spa in Franklin. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The spa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Victoria at the front desk, she is truly outstanding. Victoria is friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire check-in process smooth, answered all my questions with confidence, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Every business needs a “Victoria” at the front! The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were top-tier.
