Got my lashes done with Hannah and we had a fantastic time. She did a great job and was wonderful to talk with. Educated me on her opinion and I love what she ended up coming up with! Will definitely be back to Zoe’s the next time I get anything done with my lashes :)

As I was passing by Nashville, I needed my eyelashes to be retouches, and my first online search was Zoe’s Lash Spa. My experience couldn’t be better! I was attended with love and actually enjoyed such a beautiful conversation filled by the Holy Spirit. Hannah was attentive, professional and a blessing to be around. God has always been with me, and visiting Zoe’s Lash Spa was not the exception. Thank you for treating me the last minute and taking good care of my eyelashes. My visit with you was worth my money. Just relocated here from Florida and need all new beauty spots....After A LOT of reading reviews of different lash boutiques, I hit the jackpot! Hannah did a consult with me before we started and understood what I wanted. She did my lashes and tinted my eyebrows. I'm so happy with what she did. 5 stars all across the board! Thank you Hannah! My service was meticulous! I have been doing lash extensions for years, and Hannah may be the best technician I have ever been to. The two things I did not like were being surprised at checkout with a credit card surcharge, and the nuisance of having to pay a fee to lock into monthly membership to get discounts on services. The prices here are already high, so to be surprised at checkout with an extra 3% was disappointing, and from my understanding also illegal. From what I have read about the law “If the only time you find out about the fee is when you’re already checking out, that’s too late and may violate card network rules or state consumer protection laws.” It’s a simple fix. If you don’t price for using a credit card, and are going to charge a surcharge, you should post that on your pricing list. Second, your services are fabulous enough that you don’t need gimmicks to lock someone into coming back. To have someone pay an upfront fee to get discounts that won’t roll over if you don’t get into appointments in precise schedules is such a backwards way to do things. Life is unpredictable. I always prefer straightforward simple business practices. That said, once again the service I received from Hannah for my lash extensions has been amazing. This is the 4th lash studio I have tried in the Nashville area since moving here 6 months ago. They are way above the quality I have received elsewhere in the area. My lashes look gorgeous, and my retention has been good!!

I recommend Zoe 100% , she is awesome! I’ve even fallen asleep while she does my lashes. The service at his place is amazing too. Love it 🩷💫🙏
