I went in to see Dr. Beisman about a very real, very visible issue: a damaged lip implant with scar tissue that literally pulls one side of my face off balance. To his credit, he initially acknowledged it was severely damaged. Unfortunately, that brief moment of clarity was followed by a masterclass in condescension. Instead of discussing solutions, I got a lecture about how “sometimes the risk is higher than the reward,” followed by the truly innovative medical recommendation of… “you’re pretty, maybe just go to therapy.” Apparently in this office, facial asymmetry caused by a broken implant is best treated not with surgical expertise, but with positive thinking and a counseling referral. A simple “I think it’s too risky” would have sufficed. Things only got stranger when I explained I used ai to generate a more symmetrical example of what I hoped to achieve. Not because I think AI performs surgery, but because—like most patients—I don’t have a catalog in my head of every reconstructive option available. Instead of seeing that as a patient trying to communicate goals, he seemed personally offended by the concept of preparation. Then came the billing twist: a $200 consult that couldn’t be applied to Botox, despite the fact that most aesthetic practices in the area do exactly that. I’ve been getting Botox since I was 24 and have somehow never encountered this level of inflexibility—or attitude—anywhere else. If you need a cancer surgeon, he is excellent. But if you’re seeking a plastic surgeon who understands that aesthetic patients are there to solve problems and improve their looks, not to be scolded for it, keep looking.

Excellent practice. Amazing ethics and honesty. I went in for a consult and met first with Molly. We both agreed that Dr. Biesman wasn’t a good fit bc he doesn’t do Facelifts. His specialty is actually Eyelids. Lower and upper. She recommended another Dr. who would be a great fit. I appreciate her professionalism and the manner in which I was taken care of. Highly recommend.

Dr Biesman is an excellent surgeon AND clinician, which is extremely important. I feel very fortunate to have found him, and have had dramatic improvement in my appearance and confidence as a result. I am a medical professional as well, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

After doing quite a bit of research, I chose Dr. Biesman's practice and had multiple laser sessions done to address some spider veins on my face (PDL and DermaV). Netrani is so AMAZING! Not only is she very skilled, she has such a warm spirit... and, she cares. I would recommend her to anyone! She gave me my confidence back. Oh, the office is very nice and the folks at the front are also great!! Five stars without hesitation.

Everything about this practice is wonderful. Dr.Biesman is a genius. His approach is conservative, with the goal being to help you look your best. The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Most have been with Dr. Biesman’s practice for many years, which reflects positively on Dr.Biesman’s management. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of his expertise.
