I absolutely love Cool Springs Plastic Surgery! Every time I come here, I have such a fabulous from start to finish. The women at the front desk are warm and kind, incredibly helpful with scheduling, and great to chat with while you’re waiting. As someone who has struggled with acne my whole life, Destiny literally changed my skin. She was extremely communicative every session and always answered every question I had. I am super particular about who I allow to touch my face and I truly trust her. I also saw Theresa for my first time getting Botox and loved it! Again, so informative and willing to answer so many questions and gave me the exact look I wanted. I’m also squeamish with needles and she and the front of house staff were so calming through the whole experience. I’m so happy with my results and can’t wait to go back!

She has an amazing resume of years of experience in this field and I trusted her with several issues that I’ve had regarding my aging skin. Her expertise far exceeded my expectations in fixing some drooping skin that needed a lift. Teresa is very careful and very good knowing exactly what to use and in a conservative way that is best for each patient. I went to see Teresa at the Nashville location for my Botox. I was having issues with getting things completely frozen with not dropping my brow with previous injectors. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did she get me nice and frozen but I still have movement in my brow for a natural look. I would 10,000% recommend her for you toxin.
