They take the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, which makes every appointment a great experience. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert care and amazing service!

I had such a great experience with Lauren. This was my first Botox consultation and I came in knowing basically nothing, but she made me feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and focused on a very natural, conservative approach rather than pushing anything I didn’t need.

This was my first visit to Ovme Green Hills. I’ve been getting Botox for about 5 years and have never bruised before. During my appointment, the esthetician mentioned after one of the injections that I might bruise. I didn’t think much of it since I’ve never experienced bruising from Botox before, but within a few hours I developed a noticeable bruise on my eye. It’s now been 5 days and the bruise is still quite dark and large and it honestly looks like I have a black eye, which has been pretty embarrassing. The esthetician was very sweet, but the appointment felt rushed. I was also a little surprised when she left before I had even finished paying. Given the cost of treatments at Ovme, I was disappointed with the experience and outcome.

Lauren is the absolute best, I've been coming to see her for years. We dissolved my filler to start fresh back in December & just re did them! I cannot say enough good things about her - they look sooo natural once the swelling goes down.

Came in for my Botox appointment and hoped to add my mom in last minute if possible. Lauren was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was incredibly kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. We both felt so comfortable and cared for — we loved her and will 100% be back!
