Rachel is a true professional and the most wonderful person! I felt a little nervous before my first appointment, but she made sure I’m comfy and well taken care of. Rachel, the Provider, is a consummate professional, warm and friendly, and attentive to details and customers’ concerns. She always goes through the validation check-in process, confirming your name and date of birth, even though she has attended to me numerous times. She also follows the protocol by asking about sun exposure, prior treatment experience, and other relevant details. Before she begins, she explains every step of the procedure, making sure you’re okay at each stage. At the end, she gently reminds you to use the Aloe vera and sunscreen to protect your skin. After treatment, she reviews the dos and don’ts for optimal outcomes and ensures that your next appointment is scheduled. As a registered nurse, Rachel demonstrates excellent bedside manners and impeccable technical skills in every encounter!
