Every appointment I’ve had has been amazing, and I’ve seen incredible progress with my hair reduction—it has genuinely made my life so much easier. MILAN LASER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE REFUSES TO ADDRESS THE ONGOING ISSUE I have finally figured out Milan Laser. They promise you lifetime laser, sounds too good to be true right? It’s not going to happen. When you first sign up with Milan they make sure to get you on the books for your first few appointments, you get your treatments you are paying for. However once a little time goes by they start canceling your appointments. They “don’t have a provider” “technical issues” “management issues” I have heard every excuse at this point. I have been canceled on day of, the day before and most recently, they didn’t even have the decency to cancel on me, I showed up to my appointment and the business was closed. I called the corporate office and they told me no provider could come in that day. So here is my question, how could this business possibly stay open? I see marketing advertisements for Milan constantly, it’s infuriating seeing them bringing in new customers when they can’t even take care of their existing clients. I can guarantee you they are not canceling on their new clients, they want them to think this is a good place! And they will get their moneys worth! What they are doing is so wrong it’s disgusting. I paid $14,000 for full body lifetime laser. They have canceled on me so many times at this point it’s a joke. Every winter comes around and I can finally get lasered and they cancel on me time after time. I spoke to the clinic manager winter of 2024 & 2025 (different managers btw) who apologized and assured me this was a difficult time for Milan and to please be patient so they could get staffed. Now it is 2026 year three of this happening. It’s not going to happen. I have lost all faith in this company at this point. I reached out to the clinic manager and regional manager with my concerns and they won’t even respond to me at this point. Milan laser will take your money and then not provide the service. All the 5 star reviews are from new clients (the ones they haven’t started canceling on and ignoring yet) Look at all the other one star reviews, they confirm what I am stating. This location is where I signed my contract

I absolutely love Milan Laser! They have not only removed my unsightly facial hair and scars but they have also given me my confidence back by doing so. The ladies that work there are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are also very nice and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs their hair removed!!

I’ve alway had good experiences at this location until tonight. I had a 5pm appointment and showed up at 5:03 due to traffic and received a cancelation text message from the nurse Donna as I was walking into the building. When I approached the desk, I told the receptionist that I had a 5pm appointment to which she told me it was canceled due to me being late (by 3 minutes). When I asked what their cancelation policy was, she told me anything past “half” your allotted appointment time. I asked how long my scheduled appointment was to which she told me 10 minutes (which it’s always been 15 minutes in the past but I know things can always change). I asked that if that be the case, should I have till at least 5:05 before being canceled? She had no answer to this and was apologetic to the cancelation process. The receptionist was very kind and helpful despite the less than ideal circumstances. My biggest point of frustration was with the nurse who saw me walking into the office when she sent me the cancelation text and then proceeded to take the appointment scheduled after me 10 minutes earlier than their schedule appointment time. I drove 30 minutes one way in rush hour traffic to be disregarded so flippantly over a 3 minute time frame. This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor customer service at Milan and I have a hard time feeling like the nurse didn’t play a huge part into that experience. She is the one who canceled my appointment and then ran to the back office when she saw me walking in so she wouldn’t have to explain to me in person. Very frustrating to say the least.

Wow, my fourth appointment here, and hands down, it's been the best decision for my self-care routine. I'm amazed—I barely have any hair growing back under my arms after just three sessions! The price might seem steep, but trust me, it's worth every penny, especially considering it has a lifetime warranty. Their hours are super convenient too: Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Plus, the location couldn't be better. Every single staff member has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Seriously, if you're hesitating at all, just stop and book your appointment now. You'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner!
