Karen was very kind and very attentive to my needs, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable!! This is my third time getting cool sculpting with Laser Away at this location, all three women I have been with have been fantastic. I have had the pleasure of working with them through my cool sculpting journey and it’s been a little crazy at times, even painful for me due to my very low pain tolerance and sensitive skin but they’ve been very supportive and I’ve seen tremendous results and so has my family and friends definitely a boost to my self-esteem, thank you!

My appointment with Grace was perfect. I came in to voice concerns regarding my previous appointment and she took the time to listen intently and give her professional advice. She made changes to my appointment based on my needs and really showed care. Being darker skinned means that any laser treatment could run the risk of burning, and Grace didn’t shy away from my questions or feedback. I’m so appreciative!

The clinic is really clean and modern, and everyone I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They walked me through everything before my treatment and were great about answering all my questions. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely seemed to care about my results. I’ve already noticed a difference and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend LaserAway Green Hills if you’re thinking about getting treatments done. I’ll definitely be going back!

I had such a great experience here for my Botox and filler appointment. Elise was amazing and attentive. She was able to see the right side had a deficit and made my lips the most even I’ve ever gotten them. Botox was quick and painless! Loved my appointment also least amount of bruising post treatment I’ve experienced!!

The techs are nice, however, my husband purchased two laser hair removal packages. One for me & one for himself. Neither worked on either of us. We completed 8 or more sessions (whichever LaserAway sold as a full treatment package) & followed all aftercare correctly. A hydra-facial was included with the purchase & it was the fastest hydra-facial I've ever experienced. Not in a good way. When I asked why womens toes are not being lasered with full leg laser hair removal packages they stated, "toes are extra". I found that ironic. My husband had purchased a second package for me, prior to me letting him know that I felt the first was a waste of time & money. When we called Laser Away to either reiceve a refund or transfer the balance to another treatment, we were told that, "the location could not help but that corporate would be in touch". This location has spoken on the phone with us & ensured corporate would be in contact, tho we have never heard from them. With every booking, they seemed to always only have one laser working. Being we were driving quite a distance we would try to book our appointments for the same day/time to make the commute easier but they reported often, "that they only had one viable laser that was working". Once we were in-route to our appointment when they called & told us, "the laser was broken & not servicing clients". We are both Fitzpatrick skin tone level 2-3 & hair color is dark brown, meaning lasers should have yielded results. It is our guess that the laser is being set underneath the level it should be to achieve results, resulting in Laser Away being able to sell a client extra laser packages to ensure they need to keep coming back for treatment.
