Music City Dental: Family, Cosmetic, & Implant Dentistry PLLC

After 4 emails and two phone calls; one of which I missed be cause I was at work and my phone was in my locker, on my way to get rest for my second job, I received the second call in which I was rudely asked about finishing my pre-checkin pages. Because I do work 2 jobs, and that is what I told Ms. Andrea, I had not had the opportunity to finish because my insurance card was at my home which is an hour and 15 minutes away from my jobs and I typically don't go home until the weekend, and that I insured her that I was going to get to it prior to me coming to my appointment. I was rudely told that I needed to be sure I did so. Not a good look. The only reason I didn't cancel my appointment, is because I had not had an opportunity to get my yearly check up in since 2020. I have yet to be seen as of yet for I was an hour early to my appointment. Be back to finish this review.. I was called back by Ms. Carroll and she was a joy, and so was Ms. Kim and Ms. Sabrina. They were the saving graces to this place. They were simply amazing. I just may give this place another chance after all. And it was my pleasure to have met Dr. Moore. She came in and the whole team in the back have me squared away to come back. More to come. I wish I could give more stars but first impressions are everything. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I truly enjoyed meeting Dr. Spurlin and her staff. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming even the patients were friendly. The staff took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained everything clearly. They created a 3D image of my mouth, which allowed me to actually see my teeth while Dr. Spurlin explained what was going on and pointed out the specific tooth that needed attention for me to understand. I also loved her energy. it immediately put me at ease. She even took a moment to introduce herself, which I really appreciated, as I’ve never had a dentist do that before. I originally came in for a second opinion, but I left having found my new dentist.

I have been a client for over 5 years and Ms. Rosalyn is the best hygienist. I have ever had, she was able to reduce my anxiety by her gentle presence is very comforting. Ms.Carol is also great. Last year when I need A procedure done she noticed that my anxiety was through the roof when I sat in the chair and she did everything with her power to make sure that I was comfortable. She gave me a blanket, changed the music to my liking she checked on me she even held my hand during the tough parts of the surgery. Now her front desk has much to be desired. Amanda is rude and ridged. During my last appointment I felt bullied to keep appt. I knew I would be late for due to an unforeseen circumstance. I was needing to reschedule for a later date. She was not willing to work with me. If it wasn’t for knowing ms. Roslyn was going to be my hygienist. I probably would have just taken the $85 rescheduling fee. Considering I have been a client longer that the front desk has been employed there it would be nice if the customer service in front matched the customer service in back.

I had a dental emergency while visiting my sister for a few days in Nashville. When I called, Ari promptly got me scheduled same day, and I was able to get my crown. While fitting me for my crown, Dr. Moore found a cavity that my regular dentist must have missed 3 weeks ago. She was able to give me the filling and the crown same day on the fly. Adrian was patient and answered all my questions as he made the crown and shaped it for the perfect fit. All of the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant, and the professionalism was on point. I might have to make the trip to see them for my regular cleanings from now on. Thank you Music City Dental!

Going to the dentist can be stressful and I was extremely nervous and anxious for my visit today at MCD because it had been a long time since I had visited the dentist. However, I had a great experience and feel very well cared for. I left my appointment feeling a lot happier and lighter. Dr. Spurlin is probably one of the most welcoming doctors I’ve ever had the opportunity to have care for me. Sabrina is an amazing dental hygienist and I hope she takes care of me every single visit. Adrian was so nice and welcoming. Lastly but not least, Neisha was also amazing and extremely helpful. Everyone I had the pleasure to interact with in that office made me feel seen and heard and like I was in the right place. Im very pleased with MCD and I look forward to seeing them very soon. (Not something most people typically say about the dentist lol)
