Dr Hadley and staff are doing Invisalign for me and have made the process so smooth and comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I trust them with my oral care and enjoy the welcoming office each visit!

I had some crown work done today and had a great experience. They use really cool, up-to-date technology, which made the process smooth and efficient—I didn’t even have to come back for second or third appointments. Dr. Hadley was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. Allie and the entire staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Overall, it was a very comfortable and positive visit. Highly recommend.

Rarely post reviews unless it's absolutely outstanding service. Which my experience today was! Not only was every single person I met extremely friendly and helpful, but this was my first experience at a dental office where communication was diligent and thorough. Everything being done to me was explained, and I was asked for input (did that hurt? does that feel clean to you?) every step of the way. Truly unparalleled experience. Kudos!

First time in the dentist office. I recently Just moved to town. Dr. Hadley and the staff are wonderful! I was living in Florida prior to this and the last office I went to told me should have a bunch of different cleaning procedures. Dr. Hadley went over all my X-rays and examined my teeth. Ultimately telling me that those procedures were unnecessary and a standard cleaning is all I needed. My teeth were in really good shape! I appreciated his honesty!

I’ve been a patient at East Side Smiles for years and have always experienced a high level of care and professionalism. The practice is well run, and the team is consistently welcoming. I’d especially like to recognize my dental hygienist, Kayla. She is thorough and attentive. She takes the time to explain things clearly and creates a calm, reassuring experience at every visit. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stand out.
