Natural Acne Clinic

Like many others here, I used Natural Acne Clinic's services as a last resort for my adult acne. They would keep sending me new orders of products I didn't run out and when I informed them that I had plenty left, they told me to double the amount of product I was applying to my face since I was supposed to have run out. I don't understand how they came up with the calculation that EVERY single person on this program must use the SAME amount of product on their face irrespective of skin surface area and sensitivity. Additionally, it makes no sense to overwhelm already compromised skin with DOUBLE the dosage of benozyl peroxide, moisturizer, and other products in the regimen. This led me to have the worst cystic acne breakout of my life and left my face hyperpigmented, scarred, dry, and covered with painful cystic acne. The regimen completely ruined my confidence and had me utterly devastated, giving me no choice but to inform them of my decision to quit the program as I no longer trusted the integrity of its efficacy. When I attempted to return 2/5 of the unused excess products they had sent to me, I was told that I could only receive store credit for my returns. Only after I sent back a heated email did they honor my experience and offer a refund - how exploitative! My skin looked so much better before I went on their bizarrely restrictive regimen. I find it so sad to think that out of desperation, I spent over $2000 worth of money I didn't have just for a clinic to run my credit card like an ATM and show me that it is possible to reach an even deeper rock bottom. Please save your time and money by visiting a highly rated dermatologist in your area who has expertise in your specific skin concerns. They can provide you solutions, as they did for me, at just a fraction of the cost of this inefficacious program.

It’s been a month since I started and my skin is almost completely clear, which is truly a life-changing result. I love the Clinics’ holistic approach. They look at the whole picture—diet, lifestyle, and personalized care. The entire staff is incredibly nice, supportive, and encouraging. I wanted to shout out Grace who has been by my side since the day my husband and i walked-in for a consultation. If you are looking for an effective, compassionate, and non-judgmental solution to acne, you need to see them. Highly recommended!

I tried the online program of this clinic as a last resort for my adult cystic acne. My skincare specialist was very nice and helpful and the customer service is great! My reason for leaving 3 stars is that this program seems to use incredibly harsh exfoliants and products. I shared my concerns about not reacting well to benzoyl peroxide before committing to the program and they assured me I would be fine. During the program my skin was horribly dry, peeling, and burning. Multiple times throughout the program I had to go off of the products with active ingredients for a few days to give my skin a break only for my skin to react badly the second I started the products again. At the end of the program my skin was better but not acne free. It wasn’t until I finished that I was able to adjust my routine and fix my very damaged moisture barrier. Even now the face lotion I was using through the clinic literally makes my face feel like it’s on fire and is not hydrating at all so I’m going to throw it out. If you suffer with super sensitive skin I would not recommend this program.
