April is fantastic! I went in for a routine deep-tissue therapeutic massage but the day before had a mild lower back injury. She was extremely attentive to how my body was responding throughout the session and her application of appropriate full-body stretching during the massage was so helpful. April’s style of incorporating almost physical-therapy-like techniques did even more than just addressing tight muscles. It was just what I needed. I’ve had a ton of “deep-tissue massages” over the last few decades and this was the best yet. I was so impressed, I scheduled my next before I left!

She not only helped us work through latching issues but also created a personalized feeding plan that fit our baby’s needs and my comfort level. What really stood out was the extra care she provided — incorporating gentle craniosacral therapy and even giving our baby a soothing massage. The difference in my baby’s comfort and feeding afterward was incredible. She also shared QR codes with excellent resources, and gave me so much education and encouragement that I left feeling empowered and informed. She is a wealth of knowledge and an expert at what she does. If you’re looking for a lactation consultant who goes above and beyond with both knowledge and heart, Heather is truly the best. She has been a blessing to me, and I’m so grateful for her guidance!
