My friends and I had the best experience today in Castle Rock thanks to Alexis and Gwen. The spa was beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and the service top notch. Alexis is an experienced ER nurse who made us all feel extremely comfortable, explained the services thoroughly and easily accessed all 5 clients IV starts on the first tries. We felt relaxed during and amazing after! Highly recommend this professional team!

Gwen & Jessica made my NAD+ experience so comfortable and relaxing! The spa is so warm & welcoming. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the benefits of their products, and take GREAT care of their clients! I will definitely be back!

I visited Hydrate IV on February 26 and had an outstanding experience. I chose Katie’s Cocktail, and from start to finish everything felt professional, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless and comfortable. A special thank you to our service provider, Alexis. She was fantastic — patient, attentive, and especially caring with a member of our group who was a bit nervous. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and created a calm, reassuring environment that made all the difference. What really stood out was the result. I followed the visit with three straight days of cross-country skiing at 10,000 feet, and I felt fantastic the entire time — strong energy, no altitude drag, and zero crash. That’s performance, not placebo! If you’re looking for a proactive way to support recovery, travel, or endurance activity, this is absolutely worth it. I’ll be back.

Great, relaxing environment. I’ve gotten IVs and shots here pretty consistently and it’s helped me to avoid illness and feel good. I consider it a great self-care activity and the staff are warm and helpful in guiding me to what the best treatment option is for me. I’d highly recommend anyone in need of a little pick me up or self care - you won’t regret it!
