I love Restore! It has everything I need for great recovery. I often use the compression, sauna and red light. When I need an extra boost an IV is a great option! The nurses are so kind and knowledgeable. Also don’t miss out on the facials! I’ve gotten a few of them and they did wonders for my skin! Seriously, it glows! The staff here really are the best.

Restore Hyper Wellness (Cherry Hills) is AMAZING! Wellness, recovery, and energy on demand! For me, cryotherapy gives me instant energy, red light therapy boosts my recovery and mood, compression therapy is perfect after workouts, and the IV drips leave me feeling hydrated and revitalized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes every visit a great experience. I have been a member since they opened. Highly recommend!

My wife was booked in today for a service. It was booked in advance with full knowledge of the physician that was supporting this service. When she arrived, she was given some concocted story about new rules “starting today”. It was not communicated in advance. The reality was they had double booked and given the time to someone else. No advanced notice, completely fabricated story to cover their mistake. If this is their idea of professionalism, what else do they paper over? Find an honest and trustworthy place and go there instead.

I’ve been a regular client at Restore Hyper Wellness Cherry Hills (formerly Cherry Creek) and aside from one nurse, the nursing staff here consistently fails at the most important requirement of the job: starting IVs on anyone who is not simply an easy stick. Despite being told I am a “difficult stick” at Cherry Hills, I’ve had no problems at other Restore locations or at my doctor’s office. Including as recent as last week, where the nurse in Restore Media got me in one stick. At Cherry Hills, most nurses and some of the staff seemed annoyed by the challenge of starting my IV. That suggests a problem in capability or motivation or maybe a combination both. One nurse even refused to try, which I thought was unprofessional. On top of that, my refund request was mishandled: although I wanted to continue with getting IV services, I had ask for a refund since they could not start an IV and the one nurse that could is only on the schedule every few weeks. I was still charged for two months after notifying. Bottom line: If you’re looking for professional and effective IV service, Cherry Creek falls short unless you’re an easy stick. Also the team does not seem to be solutions driven. With so many options elsewhere, I can’t recommend this location as much as I wanted this to work out. UPDATE Based on Owner/Staff Response to Review: To clarify, I have received IV services at Restore Wellness in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania multiple times, and very recently at the Westminster, Colorado location. In these cases, the nurses had no difficulty administering my IV. You’re welcome to review my client file if there’s any doubt about that. Instead of being unable to accept feedback, I think the team could look at it as an opportunity to learn why a client is having a different experience at this location vs others, instead of blaming the client. As for the red light therapy, I only agreed to that because your nurses suggested it might help them locate a vein. It does not benefit me personally — in fact, it requires additional time on my part. Given that your team on multiple occasions was unable to perform the IV service as intended after multiple sticks, the appropriate resolution would have been a refund, not an extension of credits for services you cannot provide. I am now traveling to other Restore Wellness locations that are capable of delivering the service successfully. Honesty, I would not even need to write a review if you would have resolved this with me directly instead of blaming me and refunded me for services you couldn't offer.

Here’s an idea for a healthy morning in Denver. Restore Hyper Wellness is a wellness center located in Cherry Hills (& Cherry Creek). They provide a proactive approach to enhanced energy and wellbeing through a unique blend of wellness solutions and modern medical therapies such as IV Drips, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, & Compression (to name a few). The Restore staff were amazing and kept us informed & comfortable our entire visit (shoutout to Chelsey, Rah, & Scarlett). First Service: IV Drips. We got to sit back and relax while our drips boosted our health. We chose ‘Age-Defying’ drips and got the ‘Amplified Beauty’. The IV Drip therapy infused a liter of fluids with an extensive menu of essential vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and amino acids to provide hydration far beyond water alone. The ‘Amplified Beauty’ nourishing bags promoted relaxation, recovery, and restoration to a youthful glow. They had the works - Glutathione, Magnesium, B12, Biotin, Glutamine, Lysine, Proline, 2x Vitamin C, & B Complex. Second Service: Whole Body Cryotherapy. We put on robes, hats, mittens, socks, & slippers and headed into the cryo chamber for 3 minutes. Cryo burns anywhere from 500-800 calories (equivalent to 40 mins of cardio...I personally would MUCH rather do 3 mins of cryo). We stayed in the chamber for the full 3 minutes (screeching and dancing the entire time lol); it was actually really fun & a great friendship building activity. Third Service: Infrared Sauna to warm back up. We laid back and sweated it out as our bodies burned calories and found relief from inflammation. Fourth Service: Compression for recovery. The compression helped improve the flow of blood & lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This treatment was relaxing and applied controlled, dynamic pressure to our legs using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology. Our compression treatments were 30 minutes and we chilled, chatted and enjoyed hot tea while the NormaTecs did their thing.
