I've known Jeff for five years. I've never had a problem with him. He listens to my concerns and always gives me advice on how to manage some pain or soreness. Very friendly and gentle. What makes him different from my old therapist is his expertise in reflexology. It's like healing through the hands and feet. I definitely recommend him.

Jeff has helped significantly with my shoulder mobility and hip pain. He's skilled at getting to the root of an issue and providing relief while also giving explanations of what steps you can take to continue seeing progress and alleviating pain on your own. I had never had a massage before and went here for a deep tissue massage and it was incredible! Jeff is very professional and attentive and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Will definitely be coming back! If you’re thinking about it just book it, you won’t regret it!

To put it simply, Jeff has changed my life for the better. I've gotten massages for years, but Jeff is an absolute master. I suffer from stress-related headaches but have found with regular massage they tend to be less frequent. Since I've been a client, that issue has all but disappeared. Jeff is like a sore muscle whisperer! He has an incredible sense of how to hone in and treat problem areas like no therapist I've ever encountered. He's incredibly professional, competent and personable and friendly to boot. I feel blessed to have found him and I can't recommend him highly enough.

As a very tense and uptight person, it takes a lot for me to feel relaxed. Within the first 10 minutes, I felt at ease both emotionally and physically. Jeff was a very nice and welcoming guy. I felt very comfortable with him as I usually lean towards female therapist. It was genuinely the best massage I have ever gotten. I was actually really shocked! I’m not sure if he noticed so I’m really outing myself here, but I started to cry a bit when he was doing the foot reflexology. I did some googling and apparently that is completely normal if done correctly! But emotionally I just feel really amazing and like some weight has been lifted off of me. I also want to point out I am not really into holistic stuff so I am really surprised at this! This will definitely be prioritized as a part of my self care. I also feel the prices are really reasonable for how truly talented he is.
