Rick was really attentive and listened to what my frustrations were. He helped me customize a workout plan and continues to educated me along the way about strength training, how much or how little cardio, nutrition and body image. I appreciate his fun and easy-going personality and his approach to fitness. Thanks for making my time in the gym fun again!! I now, once again, look forward to my workout. Training with Rick has been outstanding. He really knows how to get the best out of each person and he tailors the training session to each person or couple. He also is really good about pushing you but being very careful not to risk injury. Form and function are more important.

I started working with Rick a few months ago, and I'm so happy I found him. It's the longest I've stuck with an exercise program (so far). I didn't think I'd ever be able to do a push-up - I can now do five full push-ups (no knees!). Highly recommend!
