I had a really nice time with Liz and Lauren, both were very kind. Liz was great in answering all of my questions, I came with a book. I felt like she was very confident in her dr. C’s abilities which makes me as an outsider feel very comfortable and confident in making a safe and trustworthy decision. The ai tool was very nice to have to see realistic results. I love that they aren’t pushy with the decision, I told Liz I wasn’t going to make the appointment day off but she would be hearing from me and she was very respectful. Liz even gave me sizers to take home to test out with my clothes, which I very much appreciate. I really loved that they have a more professional opinion on size for shape and body proportions, I originally wanted a larger size and once she gave me the recommended size I definitely wanted to go with that. Overall I’m feeling very much heard, confident, and seen. I think the relationship between surgeon, coordinator, and patient is very important to me. I will most likely be making my appointment here and look forward to it.

I want to share my experience so others can go into their consultation fully informed. The front desk staff was kind, professional, and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the coordinator/pricing side was frustrating and ultimately led me to walk away. I was told when I booked my appointment that there was a 50% off holiday promotion, but that discount was not included in my initial quote. I only noticed because I carefully reviewed the invoice and asked about it. Had I not paid close attention, that discount would have been missed entirely. Additionally, I was automatically quoted for the highest recovery package, which I did not request. I had to specifically ask whether a lower option existed. That information was not offered upfront, and the pricing structure was not explained clearly. Between the missing promised discount, the inflated initial quotes, and the push toward higher-priced bundles and packages, the process felt more sales-driven than patient-centered. I did not feel confident that I was being presented with all options transparently, which is essential for a decision of this size. Because of that, I decided not to move forward. While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk team, I believe pricing transparency and full disclosure should be standard, not something patients have to uncover on their own.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Sono Bello Colorado Springs! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. The procedure itself was life-changing, and my results are beyond what I expected. Special shoutout to Lauren and Liz for their outstanding service! They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions during consultations and follow-ups. Their warmth and professionalism made the whole process stress-free. If you're considering body contouring in the Colorado Springs area, Sono Bello is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Liz was amazing! She answered all my questions, explain the whole process and went and beyond to make me comfortable with my decision including giving me time to think and speak to my husband.
