I had a wonderful experience! Lisa and her team are very professional and knowledgable and I saw noticeable results one week after my service. I saw an ad for the free red light therapy session and was excited to try out their body contouring treatment as a new postpartum mama. I’ve been struggling with weight loss bc of all the fluid retention from my c section. It’s also been a struggle with pain, tightness and itching around the scar even though I regularly do massages. When I arrived to their studio not only was I happy to find out that there were no gimmicks around the free service, but that they added a total of 3 body parts instead of just the midsection which was advertised. They also let me try out their EMSculpt machine. C section mamas, when I tell you just 10 minutes of EMS broke up my scar tissue and eliminated my pain. I was both shocked and impressed. It truly does work! Even if not for weight loss per se it helped tremendously with therapy for my scar and a week later my stomach is noticeably flatter. I believe in the program they are offering and totally recommend it. I do wish they sold the services individually vs as a package since I only need to lose 13 more lbs to get to my pre baby weight so I don’t think I would require as many sessions. But I understand why they have an entire system/package bc that maximizes results for ppl who have bigger weight loss goals. But I can say for a fact it works and you will be extremely satisfied! I’m very thankful they helped me. It gave me the biggest confidence boost!
