I’m giving two stars solely because the receptionist was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences my brother and I have ever had. We chose this place based on the high reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. At times, it felt like the massage therapists were playing with us and experimenting rather than following a structured approach. Recently, I decided to dig deeper and read through the lower-rated reviews and found that they accurately described what we experienced: the massage was inconsistent and felt random (starting on one side and then abruptly switching to another area), and the therapists did not listen to our instructions or preferences. We were also pressured to tip at the end, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Most concerning, my brother requested a back-walking massage. The therapist stepped directly on the middle of his spine—clearly inappropriate and unsafe—before getting off moments later. If a therapist is not properly trained in a technique, it should not be attempted at all. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage the business to hire properly trained massage therapists with a solid understanding of anatomy who listen to and respect individual client needs. I am not a trained massage therapist, but having had professional massages in the past, I could have done a better job than that! I almost forgot- they also kept leaving multiple times to get hot rocks (never requested) and hot towels ( I guess to wipe off the oil but this was done in the middle of the massage, so I believe they did this to waste time)

The worst we have ever had. They pasted oil like they would caress a baby. They never used their hand to massage, only elbow, arms and knees! They did not massage the head or the feet. Save your money for Disney World instead

Me and my wife received the most incredible deep tissue massages and facials here. The staff is wonderful and kind, the atmosphere was calming and cozy, and they were extremely accommodating to our same day appointment! Always booking here when we’re in town!

Wonderful place! Very clean and friendly! We walked right in from Disney Springs. They gave my daughters and I amazing massages. We got the 1 hour back/feet combo and my husband got the 30 min back massage. I can’t recommend them enough! One of the ladies is aTexan very close to our hometown! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

We booked three last minuet massages while in Orlando - To start….Holy Oil! I thought it may of been just my masseuse but one other in my party had the same experience. My oldest son’s experience not as bad. Very rough stokes with no rhythm and inconsistent massages with an overhaul of oil. Not dry oil, oily low grade white oil that was smothered on like a marinade. The staff was very friendly overall but they should upgrade their table bedding and product quality. Also they should have a routine for massages, two of us didn’t get the scalp massage that was included in our package. We did book last minute and the fact that they had three spots open at the same time should have been a red flag, I was just hoping the place would have turned out to be one of those rare hole in the wall places where the service was outstanding.
