I had such a great experience at Ideal Image! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The clinic is clean, professional, and very welcoming. Adrienne is absolutely amazing. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident before starting my Botox treatment. Her technique is gentle and precise, and the results look so natural — refreshed, not frozen. Exactly what I was hoping for! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Adrienne if you’re considering laser treatments or Botox ❤️

My consultant Marni was fabulous and listened carefully to my needs and helped me get an amazing deal for services.The office staff greeted you in such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. My nurse Morgan was amazing. She carefully listened to my needs and together we made a great plan of action. She was professional and thorough and I was completely confident in her skills. I look forward for my results to take shape!

Wow! They are truly amazing! I’ve only had one laser treatment, but the kindness and support they’ve shown me feel like family. Ana is amazing! So is Savannah doing my laser hair removal!! Amazing! This was my first hair removal treatment with them, and I have seven more sessions to look forward to. I’m incredibly excited!

Love coming here! I looked up places for laser hair removal on and off for the past couple years, but I felt like for the price and overall “vibe” was always off everywhere else. I have not regretted choosing Ideal Image. Here everybody is so friendly, professional, and well versed on the various treatments they offer. It’s always a relief when you’re able to find a business you trust, and highly recommend coming here!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. First I bought a package for the location of Colorado Blvd and they closed and didn’t tell me until after I showed up for my appointment. So I drove 25 miles from my house all the way down to Centennial. I’ve been getting the exact same amount of units of Botox in my forehead for the past 5 years and never had an issue. I came back because I still had an incredible amount of movement in my forehead, which again has never happened and they made zero concessions. They had me put another 12 units in my forehead again almost double what I generally get and charge me for all of it. This place is a sham, buyer beware. I’m not even convinced they’re using real Botox given my awful results. Worst experience ever.
