I have had the BEST experience at Nujo for my pre wedding prep journey to look and feel my best! At my initial consult with Jessica, we thoroughly walked though my goals, what I was trying to achieve and how we could get there by my wedding date. I am working with Jessica Rae at Embodyment by Nujo Wellness Spa, and the experience has been outstanding from both a results and professionalism standpoint. Jessica is a subject matter expert on the modalities and services provided at the spa. My program has included X-Tone, LPG Endermologie, Jet Plasma, CoolSculpting, red light therapy, vibration therapy, and an overall wellness consultation. The initial consultation was zero pressure with tons of detailed information which gave me the confidence that I was in the right place. The X-tone sessions have noticeably improved muscle tone and core strength. LPG treatments enhanced lymphatic drainage and tissue smoothing and noticeably improved range of motion in a surgically repaired knee. CoolSculpting was strategically applied, and Jessica set realistic expectations around the fat reduction timeline. Jet Plasma has reduced wrinkles and improved skin tone on my face and neck. I have especially appreciated the red light bed, 1-2 sessions per week improve skin tightening and overall mood. I have experienced a reduction in hair loss which I attribute in part to the red light. Vibration therapy complements circulation and muscular activation. What differentiates Jessica is her technical competence paired with genuine care. She explains the physiology behind each modality so you understand what’s happening and why. Treatments are delivered in a clean, well-equipped environment. Equally valuable was the wellness consultation component. Jessica integrates nutrition, hydration, inflammation management, and lifestyle optimization into the aesthetic plan, making the outcomes more sustainable. I felt under the weather couple days ago shivering, muscle ache, so I wanted to go ahead and try something different then taking medication and I’m glad I did. I used LPG followed with red light therapy and vibration plate. 2 days later I had no signs of feeling sickly. The owner Jessica walks you through the entire process with her knowledge. Spa was very clean and organized. No more taking pills and going through sickness for 2 weeks. I’m glad I found this place.

I researched quite a few places before I found Embodyment. I chose it bc of what I read online and I very much fell in love with LeighAnn the first time I met her for my consultation. She knows her stuff and is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She’s very professional and made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect the whole time through. I did three sessions. I did also exercise and eat better to pair it with my results. I just love LeighAnn and her facility. It’s extremely clean and she has everything you need to make you feel comfortable.
